Nestling in the delightful mountain village of Deia, La Residencia is without doubt, one of Europe’s finest hotels - ‘La Residencia’.

Originally two manor houses, restored and furnished with local antiques and fabrics, to create a house of absolute charm and ultimate luxury. It is a special discovery. Truly exceptional!

This hotel, which is a ‘benchmark’ for quality and fine service, benefits from being set in one of the most stunning locations in the whole of the Mediterranean - overlooking the small village of Deia.

Rooms and suites are individually furnished and decorated with typical Mallorquin style. Light and elegant, with a very high degree of comfort. Fresh flowers from the hotel’s gardens are just one of the special touches one will find make the whole feel of the bedrooms so appealing.

The hotel's leisure house ‘spa’ offers guests the use of an outdoor Jacuzzi with spectacular views over sea and mountains, a sauna, a steam room, a fully equipped gymnasium, an indoor pool and fitness bar.

‘La Residencia’ has a selection of restaurants. The ‘El Olivo’ restaurant occupies what was once the Son Moragues olive press. Select from the chef’s special gourmet menu, or à la carte. The restaurant ‘Son Fony’ is less formal and offers some exquisite Mediterranean cuisine.
